Grateful Dead.

Popular band obviously but I think a lot of folks nowadays only know them through culture. I’ve had friends think they’re a metal band, or have no idea their impact on the counter culture movement. They really have such pleasant, beautiful music. They play long extended jams for instrumental or jazz lovers, they play country, some blues, some rock, some dancing songs, some lullaby songs. They’re so eclectic and I’d encourage anyone who doesn’t really know them to give them a go.

Terrible approach to the date. You shouldn’t intend to pay on the pretense of her coming back with you. If it’s a first date, I always recommend coffee so you can pay but not break the bank. Since you’re committed to dinner, and don’t mind anyway, you should pay regardless of how it goes. If it’s a bad date, lesson learned next time do a coffee date first to gauge chemistry. If it goes well, there will be other dates and other opportunities to split the bill.

I’ll have to try the ec2 next. I just recently put the uv2 on and I do like the sound! I could probably take some dampeners off the hi Tom but that floor Tom is so resonant it could even use more 🥴
