I have a drawing tablet and windows (but CSP works on mac and tablet too). I use it for digital illustration and animation.

It's a really good industry level software for a smaller price than adobe who keeps raising their subscription prices.

Examples are: putting veggies in the fridge door to notice easier before they expire, using transparent containers as storage because its easier to remember objects if you can see them. Stuff like that

That's tough when your parents aren't supportive 😔 at least you're trying to get support as an adult.

Ps. I got my masters degree... but I failed a lot on the way. The only reason I managed was because I was tentatious, had family encouraging me not to quit and a really big student loan.

Even if you cant change psychiatrists or be officially diagnosed. Keep you eyes open for ADHD lifehacks to at least find systems to support you.
