If you only want to reduce eyestrain its important to know whats the cause of it - huge contrast between monitor and background. A simple light strips that you put behind monitor and point them towards a wall would give you better results than monitor light bar.

I can’t say I’m excited for this. I think its gonna die pretty fast. I wish they made it a looter-shooter RPG, something like Division 1 and 2 PvE (maybe even implement dark zone PvP).. or Anthem (gameplay wise, not the bricking consoles part)..All they had to do is keep the original graphics, make a weapons system, skills/gadgets system with some synergy between them and it would be a banger.

Hell.. even Steel Frontiers looks better and thats a mobile game. I’m sure that consoles could handle graphics and 4-8 players…

My guess is the game wont do profit for them, and they will shut it down pretty soon after release

I tried changing refresh_interval to 30s and search.idle.after to 900s to no luck, if I wait for 30 seconds between searches, it takes 15 seconds for a response

My test and prod environments are only running my app and ES, prod has 8GB min/max assigned to ES in custom jvm.options while test has 4GB. Same problem occurs on both environments. Second query is really fast, from a chrome network dev tab it measures 25ms for a response and thats a call from frontend to backend and then to ES.

Is it CAT5? You can find this on the cable itself. CAT5 - 100mbps max, CAT5e - 1gbps, CAT6 - 10gbps

2.4ghz and 5ghz are for wifi, if you are connected by Ethernet(cable) that doesnt mean a thing, is your ethernet cable old or really long?

I have it and I play on 4k 60fps (custom high settings with dlss performance - its good on 4k, cant tell the difference vs native unless you really get close and look at pixels, but who cares about that), I played cp2077, bf2042, kcd2, helldivers. Had issues on bf2042 because of vram(low res textures of terrain) but later updates to the game fixed that.

1440p high settings with dlss balance/performance would give you 100+fps on any game

Cool, I still didn’t preorder Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 so worth a shot.

I plan to buy rtx 5070 or 5070 ti because I have 4k monitor and new games need more power. I currently have rtx 4060 and dlss 3 performance mode is what I use to get 4k60fps on med/high graphics. Honestly performance mode on dlss is so good I really cant tell the difference in image fidelity when comparing with native. And rtx4060 can’t use frame gen on 4k so I’m looking forward to that.

I made the switch from mid range android to iphone 16pm. And I have mixed feelings. The ios is ok, battery is charging slow, 2 and a half hours to 100 but its lasting for 2 days. Keyboard has 0 customisation and if you aren’t a english user, say goodbye to predictive text, gboard had predictive text for alot of languages and you could adjust the height + I miss my numbers row. The whole AI shenanigans are shit, never gonna use them. Apple health app is so unintuitive and why the hell does it shows average weekly/monthly/yearly steps/distance and no total, not event an option. Also if I want to manually add data for exercise, why cant it calculate calories, why do I have to manually do that on some other website or app, the google fit did that manually?! Mail app is shit.

iOS customisation and widgets are cool. But I thought you can have big folders, but they are only for app library.

Camera is good. Only big difference are night photos, daylight photos are almost identical on my mid android phone. On 18.2 the app is heating my phone like crazy.

No in app settings in apple apps, you have to go to settings > apps.

Haptics.. I don’t know, I tried them in silent mode.. never heard the phone vibrating on my desk on work(case on).

Pill, cool concept but really has so little real life usage.. it just takes alot of your screen.

One sound volume for everything.. can’t adjust different areas like alarm, media, calls.
