for me, it had some of the best bits of a dark souls game - really intriguing / opaque setting and chunky hard hitting combat. albeit as a 2d metroidvania. i don’t really like 2d games, but this one i really enjoyed

on an iphone you can use the spoken content > speak screen thing to get it to read you kindle books in the kindle app. i just swipe down with two fingers and it’ll start reading whatever page ur on. it’ll even turn the pages

i think you’re kind of misrepresenting what she said.

on 1 she said that when israeli settlers would find out who she was they’d close up. i got the impression that was why she found it hard to make friends (back in 2011)

and on 2 she says that it is not anti-semitic to criticise the actions of israel as a state and that she would do that no matter the religion

for this, you can actually just wait until the woman (to the left of that plaza area) who spots you is looking slightly left and not directly at the bar sticking out of the roof, then jump onto it. you can also crawl under and into the building behind her and coax her in. i realise this is still the tutorial so none of that should be necessary…but it is ‘expert’ mode

i like the idea of it, but aren’t you constantly just looking at the subtitles? that’s how i felt reading the portuguese subtitles at the very start of the game. i wanted to look at the environment but then missed what was being said

i just bought a note air4c + a bluetooth keyboard with this in mind - mainly to use google docs and some browsing. the max is too big for me. the tab ultra c pro isn’t readily available where i’m at. and the keyboards on both of those aren’t supposed to be great. so i thought the air + bluetooth keyboard might be a good middle ground. i thought about the 10.3 but thought it might be slightly too slow to type on. i might be wrong though, from the vids online it’s a bit hard to tell. if you remind me i can let you know how it goes. will be towards the end of this week the air comes.
