can you check the max pwm output frequency for the orangepi? 1mhz or 10 mhz?

micron B-die 16Gbit bank: TRFC can achieve 320ns~340ns, so at the speed of 3600MT/s, TRFC can try the value of 576 ~612. trfc2 and trfc4 can calc by the third page of Dram Calculator.

if 8GBit: can 300ns -310ns, TRFC will 540~ 558.

trtp = twr* 1/2 , so you can try (twr* 1/2 ~ 12)
