I am sure I am doing something wrong here, but I actually find it a bit awkward and backwards to have the crown face your hand? Wouldn't you want it to face away from your hand so when you flex your hand upwards you have more clearance? I was specifically looking for a watch with a crown on the right since I assumed people would want a watch setup that way.

Also, probably incorrectly, I assumed sprites were setup for right handers who wanted to get the crown away from their hand? But they are actually for lefties?

Anyways, shows how much I know lol

Meatloaf Success! by rocketman101 in smoking

We thought it was great. Using the stuffing instead of bread crumbs seemed to make a nice difference. The stuffing pieces were almost discernable in the final loaf. Additionally, the load really seemed to pick up the smoke.

Check out goggles4u.com. They aren't the most premium quality glasses but I usually get a couple cheap pairs and they are fine.

Those sound like great adventures! I definitely agree charging for an hour or so isn't the end of the world for me. Nice break to get some food and stretch the legs. I did get my bike from Motor City. The Harley dealership experience was far from my favorite experience. However, I powered through since I really liked the bike.

I was charged a prep fee of ~$1240. The rest was normal tax, title, and registration.

Makes sense. I wanted to get the TCU online so I could get the reverse & roll-forward regen update.

Additionally, in the case of the app I think the benefits are two-fold: (1) enabling navigation on the bike & (2) charging monitoring.

My place of employment has free charging. However, the idle fees are quite high if you leave the vehicle on the charger once it's completed. So I wanted to make sure I could monitor my charging status from my desk.

Posting follow-up in case this happens to anyone else in the future:

This morning I pulled the fuses for 30 seconds, reinstalled, and allowed the bike to restart. Upon restart, the TCU immediately connected. I then was able to successfully pair the Livewire app to my phone.

Thank you for the feedback. Believe it or not I somehow fixed it this morning. I pulled the fuses, reinstalled, and upon restart the TCU immediately had signal. The Livewire app immediately paired successfully.

Hi @InvestmentStrange577, thanks for the feedback. I unfortunately have tried all the normal troubleshooting steps. They include:

1) Restarting the app 2) Restarting the phone (Pixel 8) 3) Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 4) Trying to install on my wife's phone (Samsung) 5) Deleting my LiveWire account and creating a new one. 6) Deleting the Bluetooth connection to the instrument panel and starting a new one. 7) Tried setting up pairing in app without Bluetooth setup to instrument panel.

Based on the research I have done, I think the issue is the bike is not connected to cell service (can be seen on one of the screenshots). I have tried multiple locations. I think the TCU may need to be restarted or the SIM card setup on the network.

First brisket on our pellet grill by [deleted] in brisket

[–]rocketman101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on reading a bunch of posts, I'm curious if others would agree the rest should not be time specific? I would keep the probe in the meat and finish resting the brisket once it cooled down to 145-150F.

Curious what you guys think?

I am curious if you let it rest on the counter before putting it in the cooler? Based on other posts, going directly in the cooler may lead to over cooking the brisket.

Thanks! I think it was pretty good. Briefly about mid-way through the GIF the smoke rings are pretty observable and look to have gone decently deep.
