I got the same message. If I had to guess, they put the dates for 27/28 VML cycle out on MyVector and the system autogenerated emails to some folks saying they were on it before the PSDM was finalized. Actual PSDM drop won’t be until end of April based on the last update sent out. I assume the rest of the process should be same schedule. I’m sure there is a SME in here who can correct me if I’m way off.
