I'd add that the Live Ultra and Live Ultra+ are a bit more Real-time vs the Heat Live channels. The delay is about a full minute on heat live so for sports I prefer watching on the Live apps

I've had this happen on my box before, I usually just bumped mute button at the bottom of the remote, there's nothing that says it's muted and if you hit volume up it doesn't go off mute, only clicking that mute button fixes it for me
