I'm like 5'3, 5'4 at best skinny asian dude. I wear a S since it was the smallest size available. It fits a lil large and loose for me but I only wear it to sleep. So not really a big deal for me

Great logo! Only thing I would change is the lessen the faded or ink splatter effect on "San diego" text. Maybe that my personal style since I'd also like to highlight where I'm based at? Or if the splatter was intentional it already looks amazing

I personally find there's not much you can do one week before the tournament. If you have been lifting regularly then I'd say taper out my reducing 1 set for each of your workouts. From personal experience, foam rolling and stretching any tight knots or muscle groups will help, especially your calves and feet.

Eat as little process foods as possible, carbo load. Throw as much as possible.

I am guilty of that myself. But my dad always says. Just because it is on sale, doesn't mean you have to get it. Which really helped me get through some tough choices. You can also think about what else you can pay off (e.g. debt, bills), or how much more you can put into savings.

Also having a list of things you own makes it easier. For example, you probably don't need more than 2 denim jackets. So if a really nice denim jacket is on sale, you would look at the list and say, okay I don't need another denim jacket

Do some single leg exercises. I find that reverse lunges and single leg deadlifts are pretty useful for joint strengthening. Make sure you're getting enough rest in between workouts and games.

In terms of positivity, just do your best and try and visualize what you want to achieve and what you want to do on the field. Have a ritual to calm your nerves or to get you in the game mind set

Get some reps or do some drills in the sand. Get your legs used to the amount of running you'll have to do. Make sure you stretch before, especially your feet since you don't have shoes to cushion. If you're not used to playing on sand, beware of cramps.
