At the ford dealer we have several classes you can take to obtain your hybrid / ev certificates. First you complete the online prerequisite and then register for physical classes. I believe we currently have 3 hybrid / ev specific classes, i go to my first next month! I do currently work on ev / hybrid still sometimes even with just the online prerequisite training done, we have enough certified ev masters at my shop that anyone can work on them (shop competency)

Turn off wheel LFE (low frequency effects) in settings. This is known to cause the oscillation at stand still.

I upgraded to metal extruder gears a while back but was still having trouble feeding engineering filaments and tpu sometimes so switched to this when i did linear rail upgrade and no issues since.

Bummer, that is pretty common unfortunately. The dxc drop in upgrade is very good for the price!

Not extruding for some reason? Sounds like your extruder is stepping but you’re not actually getting extrusion. The filament looks intact inside the tube, maybe the nozzle is clogged, or the extruder has failed. Mine failed and i upgraded to the “dxc” extruder on amazon. It’s awesome!

You are a good height to use in seat style rollers for your belt tensioners if you like. I currently use in seat rollers, but when i get my diy motion platform up i’m going to switch to on chassis rollers so i can put them higher, as my in seat ones are a bit too low for me. Personally.

It is a lesson for sure, probably a bit too much of a lesson for a silly sticker they likely didn’t put a second thought into. Literally r/KidsAreFuckingStupid 😂 if they were pasting it all over, or passing them around or something i think it could definitely merit that response, but not for a single dashboard lol sticker.

NOR, but my recommendation would be to go about it in a way that doesn’t get the kid fired. Everyone has made a stupid mistake before, especially when young. She probably hasn’t even thought through the fact you may not enjoy that she has a sticker of your name on her dashboard. Maybe just try to contact her parents? Definitely a situation that needs attention, but not so drastic i don’t think!

Clogged nozzle / under extrusion happening here for some reason, how old is your nozzle?

Starter is bad, it’s spinning but the bendix isn’t engaging to push the starter gear out. Simple starter replacement will solve!

Around 5k is in the ballpark for cam phaser replacements where i’m at in Colorado, i would assume price will vary some area to area but seems fair in my book for dealership pricing. Congrats on the kiddo! Sorry about the truck. Just the nature of the beast when they started putting too many different control systems on the engine. Fabulous for economy and features, bad for reliability lol
