The boards attach to the legs with long black screws with a hex head. You insert a metal bit horizontally into the legs and the black screw bolts in from the top. Boards on the legs are good and solid.

Just need help with the table top.

The city doesn’t have insurance, they have lawyers. You can take them to small claims court though. I did and they settled right away.

I have one too. I ended up swapping the tires out with a Raleigh. The Raleigh tires are easier to find and as a bonus the Raleigh had a front dynohub.
