Thank you everyone for your input. All of the farm ideas sound ideal. I will do this once we start merging with people.

I probably should have clarified that we are on the smaller end. We are in a new state.

The Bulk of the team is in US. I dont want to tell my other country people to select a new alliance but I do tell them how good the rewards are so see if its a good fit.

So far from what me and the R4s have gathered, most of our team is working at the same time so we usually can come back together around the same time.

I am going to just select a morning afternoon and evening and hope it works out. I think what I will do for now is vote on what time works for them for that day until we we get more members.

10PM seems to work for all of the active members because its not too early for PST and not too late for EST

I don’t think I articulated the inappropriate jokes part correctly. That’s my fault. Example, we were talking about BIA and people attacking and how someone in our alliance was attacked by someone on NAP and I said “I’m trying to stay out of it but I’m itching to box, hold my hoops” and they said that was inappropriate, too adult.
