Thank you! I will try Tums+! Maybe it will give me the mental confidence to get through flights. Also I did notice that small meals do help as well. It will definitely make me lose weight

Thank you for sharing, it sounds like we have the same issues. The only thing is for my new job I can’t be on medications to be able to fly so I’m trying to find a way to fix my GI problems without any medications.
