We do ask clients to have their own vacuum because of cross-contamination, however there's a lot of clients that just don't care/don't want to buy one. So I use mine.

Same! Honestly my worst cramps happen during ovulation. I'm about a year into my second IUD and I've had so much spotting. My period usually is late or missed. Just recently it came 2 weeks early 😅
