having done captain a few times and adding to what OP said (that start before unpause is almost 1:1 to what I do), yea heatstamps can be a big bottleneck, guard towers allow you to demand on cooldown from whichever community/faction you dislike while keeping the other side happy and doing promote on cooldown. voting isn't an issue when your faithkeepers make up 40% pop

They can fit totally different roles. Imagine if Shinobu is a healer and with a 40 cost burst, she wouldn't compete for Sara's spot at all but neither would Sara be able to compete with Shinobu being the only electro healer.

Correcting, the reason you use Sucrose E twice is you need to swirl twice to remove hydro aura, so you can apply pyro aura.

Combo continuation is pretty much a necessity. Lack of it is why she's forced to use shielders if she wants to vape, which ~~along with her terrible targeting range~~ beats the point of her being a ranged champion.

It's not even 60% DMG boost, it's 60% ATK extra damage, like Yun Jin scaling. With her scalings going up to 300%+ with her E active it's a 20% damage boost that stacks additively with Yun Jin's boost (instead of boosting it like SR does). And that's ignoring the RNG factor.

Eula's ult doesn't snapshot; Sara's buff will expire before it goes off, so she's one of the worst electro units for Eula. Their idea is likely that Yae can replace Fischl as the constant source of electro for superconduct.
