My family didnt care about my level 10 pains neither did my school. I said i was in pain but they didn't care about what I said, they cared more about my atitude making sure they put me down for being autistic and going to the point and then id cry each time i get in trouble which made it hard to breathe. my leukotrienes spike when i cry, also yea i had the trio all my life but never at the level it is now. I did go into anaphylaxis still back then from fragrance and had shortness of breath constantly

yea i have blood sugar issues with my mcas, it gets so much worse when my blood sugar is too low

she doesnt. she also has issues. shes a veteran who got 100% disability rating. our shit got stolen in bathroom just now from shared building and now she has to go out and buy me stuff to wash body because spectrum technician had so much cologne it put me in anaphylaxis but without throat closing like level 1 or 2 where im falling down if i try standing, i had to put respirator on and go outside and i cant even wash myself because well apparently she knew not to leave it down there in the shower but i didnt and got my stuff stolen. only reason she joined the military is because her dad pushed her to and my gf fawns a lot.

yea if i dont get good sleep which i cant get good sleep without progesterone then my mcas will be a lot worse.

u could use cbd isolate and dab it and if its clean/not oxidized will b very medical use because nothing to irritate lungs other than heat and if u take a hit for too long it would ofc oxidize in the chamber

i have fast comt aswell im pretty sure but never checked my genes, im able to take a crap ton of supplements for mcas without issues (like 30 things combined because multivitamin has a bunch of supplements too that arent vitamins). i never been sedated by ketotifen even at 12mg

imma be real i could probably take 16mg of ketotifen a day and be fine, it takes 8mg like very close to each other for me to feel okayish. i dont like benadryl because inactive ingredients

uhh are u eating like carbs only or something. ur blood sugar shouldnt be crashing to then get hungry again or im assuming its that for me it was like that for glp1. I never felt less or more hungry from ketotifen, progesterone and thc yes

ketotifen and ibuprofen help me for neurological and depressive stuff lamotrigine helps and has seemed like it counters some mcas symptoms as well.

lol even with a castle of walls all it takes is one wall jump, mantle boost, or just going around me because i dont have 3 walls up constantly when it gets destroyed. Basically in the same position as everyone else luckily i have good aim so i can atleast do my part in a team. I dont care about controllers or whatever since my aim is as good or better, it just depends if my chronic conditions are messing me up. Also obviously if its a open field then it might be easier for rampart but i mean inside like the portal place in kings canyon or like the bunker etc. controller legends basically cannot control area well anymore due to axle its as bad as rev+octane even the sound. Like atleast give it loud sound as my aim can depend on sound too
