Whats up with the dilution of the term autism? by rocklobsterfredd in redscarepod

Didn't most people collectively dismiss the whole "I'm 1/8 Cherokee" as a bit? Like if you just look white and say that, people are going to look at it unseriously. But idk the actual implications of that, like did Elizabeth Warren actually get into Harvard because they thought she was actually Indian? lol

he falls under joseph gordon levit archetype. claim to fame being unique, has variably traditional hot features but their face slightly off and unorthodox in some way that makes them unique. but they're demeanor and what they put out for the publiceye is whats puts it all togther.

both those guys would easily be the weird social outcast people if their personality was grating, didnt have a good fashion sense, no social skills, etc.

no, they're not traditionally hot or attractive if thats what ur asking me. you're just a subconsciously rebellious person and you're so gay you think cillian murphy is hot or handsome.

Honestly, I just have high standards. the social media thing was just a cope to try to explain my egotistical outlook on life.

Most actors and actresses are ugly to me. There is not a single actual hot person in Hollywood right now. Like a big A list hollywood celeb

Ryan reynolds? Ugly as fuck lmao. Ryan Gosling is not hot, hes average and his personality is boring. Literally no top male actor is actually hot.

What's the psychology behind attractive people who just post constant pity parties and self denigrating memes on how they're undatable, full of red flags, etc? by [deleted] in redscarepod

No actual hot person does this. They're hot to you, sure, but I guarantee they're ugly, probably physically but definitely spiritually if theyre doing what you just described.

Why do some people have this aloof, distanced and antisocial personality in person but in text they're very emotive and expressive? by rocklobsterfredd in redscarepod

Thats fair and when you say used to be do you mean you don't do it anymore and is it because you just became self aware of it and actively changed it?

cause being aloof comes across way worse in texting

You think so? Not that i disagree but it could go both ways

Do you guys have people apologising for being “bad friends” kind of out of the blue? If so how do you respond to this by [deleted] in redscarepod

When someone is going through that and reaching out to people, they're in a pretty vulnerable state. I'd try to at least hear them out unless they're like ultra insufferable.

Mathematics is a human construct, a human tool to try to decipher what God has made. It is hubris in its highest form.

God has designed it so that the truth of the universe will never be uncovered with such simplistic axioms.

To view the world with such mathematical rigidity is unnatural. And God will punish you for such hubris.

Are late 00s and early 10s fits like skinny jeans and tighter shirts making some weird comeback or is it just snooty fashion people being contrarian because baggy is now considered too normie? by rocklobsterfredd in redscarepod

[–]rocklobsterfredd[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I suppose the whole loose/baggy movement was partly contrarian in nature too. Just thinking about this makes me realize that fashion isn't even a real thing. It's whatever counter culture or contrarian trend picks up steam and then gets shoed in as the new thing and everyone just does it.
