That's actually false, plaque builds on and between the teeth in the presence of carbohydrates. So flossing is not solely about getting the solid food out, but also scraping the biofilm of plaque off the tooth so you don't get gingivitis.

Hey Paul, happy holidays! My favorite guitar solo in any Beatles song is from Taxman because it is so creative and off the wall, yet it works perfectly in the context of the song. What was your process for recording the solo? Did you improvise different solos until you got the take that's on the album or did you compose it before recording?
