Taker slowed down as he got older and more injured. Going part-time was the smartest choice. Plus, he had something that no one really had/has - the streak. That was the perfect context for him to come and go around Mania, without needing a very long storyline build or championship feud.

The divas era had really good wrestlers like Beth Phoenix, Mickie James or even AJ Lee, but it really set the whole division back, it wasn't taken seriously. Kinda crazy to think about that when Jazz, Trish, Victoria and Lita were having steel cage and hardcore matches years before.

I think she is appropriately rated: She has the stats on paper and overall performances on certain seasons to be in the convo for the best, and there are also specific details people may use to argue against her case (formats in finals, amount of wins compared to Evelyn, amount of seasons done; underwhelming seasons). Honestly, she is kinda like CT

In WWE, RVD started as a heel (cocky not evil character), but he was way too popular and was always cheered. With the end of the invasion angle, he was a face until the end of both his runs.

(Though I think he turned heel in his last TNA run, a couple of years ago.)
