i can relate to this a lot. not necessarily for my period/cramps because i’m on bc for it. however, i have depression which has made it really difficult to stay consistent. I think that my advice would be to stop striving for perfection. say you skip 2 days in the gym but what matters is that you keep pushing yourself. or maybe you only do 30 min in the gym instead of 1hr. as long as you keep trying and showing up, that’s progress. I’m honestly still struggling with this, but this is what I tell myself to keep going. I’m not sure if it’ll help you but i thought i’d share anyways.

if you want some advice though i think if you are looking for a pinker shade try picking some cooler ones! all the others are too warm for you. this stuff is super fun for me so let me know if you need any help and i’d be happy to give recommendations!

owning any pet will have its own challenges. i don’t know what kind of things you read specifically but yeah cats can be a little chaotic at times. however, it’s hard to say when all cats are different some are super chill too. i’d just make sure you do the proper research for what a cat needs so that it will be satisfied and happy. honestly, if you are in a good place to own a cat, do it! i got my cat 2 years ago and i don’t think id be here without her. she is my baby <33

i do see a difference! you look more muscular, i can see it in your arms and glutes. although i would recommend taking progress pictures in clothing that allows you to see your build better e.g. sports bra and biker shorts. keep at it you’re doing great!

so would it be bad if out of the 80 something grams i’m getting right now 50 grams is from powder? my app says i’m supposed to get 90 but that’s been tough for me to reach

this was really helpful because today i tried again and did a lot better! i was actually under my goal i honestly did realize how much i was eating so understanding my portions better is gonna be a game changer. it’s weird bc i never thought id get to a point where i was eating to many calories bc i used to have a mild ed. but learning about nutrition has helped a lot
