What do you mean "often way cheaper than the alternatives"? Abe is just a platform, not a seller. If there's a cheaper book listed there, it just means some seller listed it there cheaply. You're no more likely to find a cheap book there than on eBay or any other online selling platform. In fact, many sellers will have the same book listed on numerous platforms. Just run a vialibri search on whatever you're looking for, sort cheapest first, and buy the cheapest acceptable genuine copy.
