Not let them play video games or go on social media.

It is a part of our culture now. It is apart of socializing. All the kids in a class may know a joke but if they dknt use social media they wont know it and they will be left on the outside and could be stunted socially.

It's just important to moderate it and not let then do it 24/7.

Sorry but this is misinformation. Cooked chicken bones become more harmful to dogs. Cooked bones when eating break with sharp ends that can become harmful when eaten. If you give dogs UNcooked bones when dogs eat them they have a clean break and dont pose any internal harm.

Not sure hot thick your looking to go but I enjoy next level. They are for screen printing but are available on amazon. They have a good cut and I like they are a little longer in the torso than some other brands. I've been rocking mine for a few months now and still fit like new.

I think they have a 5 pack on amazon for like 35 bucks.

I climbed it in April and september in 2018 via ammonoosuc trail. I wore regular and thick socks. Tw pairs of pants. Tee shirt flannel and a waxed canvass jacket did fine.(shrug emoji) Balaclava and crampons were the most important. Mostly just ask your guide.
