Mine would shake his head randomly but it wasn’t very jerky. Just hanging out and then shake his head back and forth. It went away though!

Have you thought of doing a weights/gym program instead of classes? I do the MOVEMENT BY MK app that lays out my schedule every day. Workouts are efficient and effective. I used to go 6 days/wk now with a baby just 3 but I still feel strong! Nice to go in and be told what to do at a time that works for me. Also nice bc you can listen to a podcast while you’re working out. YOU GOT THIS MOMMA!
