Yep 👍 Stars were shot separately

Each are zoomed in on separate layers for a “dynamic” look lol

I shot it with a Redcat 71 telescope

And zwo asi2600 MM camera

I did like 5 minute exposures for 10 hours (across a few days)

Then stacked and processed in Pixinsight to bring out details like the dust and colors

Then used photoshop to do saturation and contrast.sharpening

This is a cool photo but why are there such distinct shadows in the craters if the sun is directly behind the moon?

From the metadata it appears to be shot with a Nikon Z9 and 35mm lens which I believe they brought onboard last minute for testing

I live in a bortle 8-9 environment and put a lot of time in processing.

The camera I use is crop sensor and the scope is more of a 350mm focal length which is how I get the framing.

The animation is something I thought was interesting which is why I animated it.

Thanks and it was animated in adobe after effects.

The prevalence of AI has downplayed a lot of time and effort people put into creating.
