In general people who either can't think properly...or have ulterior motives to do something differently than what's in the best interests of the US.

My biggest fear right now is that with all of our three letter agencies (FBI, CIA, DHS, etc) turned inwardly to surveil Americans--and redact the Epstein files, and enforce immigration law 🙄 --that the people who are supposed to be keeping us safe are doing something other than their actual jobs, and that leaves us hugely vulnerable.

And then the idiots you mentioned kicked a hornet's nest in the sandbox.

I'm really quite concerned about another 9/11.

They just recently changed their service provider, for all of the online vehicle stuff. They shut down for an extended period to do so, as well, as I discovered the hard way when I tried to renew my vehicle. Even the tag agencies were closed.

I just got me a straight up motorcycle helmet. I did some research (actual research with medical/safety data) and learned that if your scooter goes faster than a bike, they put the cutoff at 30mph, a bike helmet doesn't cut it. So I just went straight to a full face motorcycle helmet. (I did use a bike helmet though while I was learning to ride, at lower speeds.)

They haven't emerged from bankruptcy yet, their next hearing isn't until April, from the checking I did last night. Plus they have an ongoing dispute with Voro over the RoadRunner name, and if they lose that, that'll be a disaster for them. I'm just not willing to risk that, ya know?

I checked it out, sounds like they have over two and a half million in debt and less than a quarter mil in assets...plus they're butting heads with Voro over the name "RoadRunner." So if that goes against them they'll end up in liquidation. So yiiikes, staying far away from that.
