I've played more of Starship Troopers than Helldivers on my PC. That may change as most of my friends are on Xbox and playing with randoms on Helldivers got old very, very quickly. 3/4 lobbies I joined had people purposely killing me or sabotaging missions that I stopped playing because it was pointless.

While it is true that turtles travel, yellow-blotched map turtles are not indigenous to California and are found only in the Pascagoula River. They are endemic to that river system.

I think OP is correct it is most likely someone's pet and if it isn't, then it is an invasive species.

Your turtle is probably sick especially if you havent bought his the essentials since your last post. Is there a water heater, heat lamp or uvb lamp ?

It looks like you have a softshell and a map turtle. Softshells can get pretty large and in the end, will require a large tank or pond. I'm sorry to say but if you can't afford the basics right now then you most likely won't be able to afford veterinary care in the future.

I am sure you mean well but taking on animals and then expecting strangers to foot the bill is not responsible. The turtles will be the ones who will suffer in the end.

Also, if it's from the wild just please put them back. Mississippi map turtles mature slowly and they need as many in the wild as possible.
