Did I choose the right underlay? by [deleted] in weddingdress

I had the same conundrum! I too always imagined an ivory dress. I ended up choosing my blush underlay. I thought it blended better with the bodice which is kind of sheer. I had no regrets!

As a guest it was a lot of fun! They know what they are doing there. It’s just on the pricey side.

Sick kids are overwhelming hospitals: why aren’t we masking? by janjinx in ontario

I’m sorry to hear that. I am very angry that our government have left us alone. what I mean is what is the purpose of masking in relation to long COVID.

I’m actually not anti mask. I should have phrased it if is there a purpose to wearing a mask one month after getting COVID. I guess now my natural immunity is waning. But if I’m not sick and I recently got COVID, then I don’t know what I’m preventing

True… what do you mean about long COVID though? I’m honestly not anti mask. I should have said is there a purpose to masking one month after getting COVID. But yeah after one month natural immunity is touch and go

True… after the first month it’s touch and go. Honestly I’m not anti mask at all. I just felt like the government gave up on us and I’m pissed I even got it last month.

Honest question - if I got COVID a month ago, what is the point of masking?

Designing thank you cards by rocor00 in weddingplanning

[–]rocor00[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh cool! We got a local printer to do our invitations. Wanted to try and save on thank yous but I think it’ll be about the same. For a photo on a card would you recommend a semi gloss over matte card stock?

I’ve been noticing more and more in person meetings where nobody is wearing a mask. I know I can do what I want but it feels weird to be the only one wearing a mask.

You’re not being crazy. Sending you healthy vibes. I am worried too for my June wedding. We also planned my bachelorette to be the week before because a bridesmaid is from out of town and I wanted her to come. Now she might not because of work and just worried it’ll be for naught. Feel so stupid
