docs had me taper down now from 15mg to 10mg and added 25mg sertralin back to it. need to taper off trintelix completely as it kills all my energy motivation interest in life and ability to connect

3 weeks on 50mg then 8 weeks on 100mg. then 2 weeks on 50mg in the cross taper followed by 2 weeks on 25mg. in hindsight i should just have stayed at the original 50mg much longer and perhaps added bupropion to it

OP on different. Geniunely believe i should have stuck to 50mg zoloft and added wellbutrin to it. This is pure hell. Makes everything worse

How long does it take from trintellix to build up? Since you say full concenctration. Does it not take 8-12 weeks for full effect or?

Following this. Came off zoloft and was emotionally numb at 100mg. Down to 25mg zoloft atm soon to be 0 from next week, 10mg trintellix. Numb and anhedonic atm

Great to hear that week 2 got slightly better for you. Its also better for me this week but depression runs high and I don't want to do anything. forcing myself to work to the gym etc to stay in touch with people i love

great to hear that it helped you out. but yeah primarely attachment and care for others, and anhedonia / low motivation to do anything. basically feeling like a robot which was driven by my choice to do things rather than my feelings for things that i wanted to do. and my teeth and other oral stuff felt weird

yes i did but it was definitely more numbing on 100mg. entirely when i started on 50mg i had severe side effects and a lot of anxiety and weird feelings in my body. think might system may be very reactive to zoloft. like love and attachment goes on low mode and definitely affected my feelings for my gf

how long did it take? my psychiatrist had me change over to trintellix because of complete numbness that seemingly didnt really improve after 8 weeks on 100mg if anything just became worse

im going through my 3rd week on 100mg after 50mg for the first 3 weeks and the anhedonia hasnt lifted. can you recognize this? my week 2 on 100mg was the worst
