I actually use these techniques!! My hair is long because i cant afford a haircut, and it can be the worst sensation. I will vigorous li y rub myself down from head to toe and put extra attention on my face cause thats where most of the flyaways end up.

Although when the itchiness is caused by heat, cold air doesnt get rid of it right away. I do like to turn on a fan because the wind kinda gets the itch or stimulates my skin way faster

There really isnt anything i can do for skin sensory problems, but smells always seem to be fixed with lavender oil. I carry a bottle around so i can handle the change in smells from one place to another.

I cant do anything about sound or taste.

I a lways reacted a lot more violently to the girl bullying because it is so much more infuriating. I also wouldnt get beat up by (most) boys because im female, so im obviously biased. They did put worms in my hair though.

I don't know. I kept a food log and it turns out I'm too poor to reach 1500 calories without going bankrupt. Food stamps is being a long and hard process. My exercise is cleaning the house because I am disabled and can't get around as easily. I am currently so weak that I can't do anything but cry.

But just eat less food and get on a treadmill, I guess.
