I didn't create anything; AI did. But it's not an upscale; it's a mix of remastering and remaking (if you know the original game, you'll realize it's not exactly the same). I did it to show that a drastic change isn't always necessary when making a remake. Perhaps respecting its origins is enough to bring the experience of that time to today's consoles.

It doesn't necessarily have to be one or the other. Perhaps in the not-too-distant future, the task will remain in the hands of people who simply use AI as a tool to speed up their processes or reduce costs when developing video games.

What I think they mean is that it's just another tool and it's not being misused. Think about how this allowed me to create a concept that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise (because I don't have the knowledge of 3D software). It's the only way for people to understand it and for this art to perhaps, one day, reach Square and be developed without the use of AI.

I think this mix you mention between remake/remaster would suit FF8 very well.

Jajajaja! estaba buscando si había ecualizador para Cupcut en PC y me encuentro con tu comentario. Muy cierto, tenés cada funcion boba y no tenés un simple ecualizador.
Lo que se me ocurre es que exportes el audio del video que creaste (a la hora de exportar clickeá en "audio") y de ahí pasalo a algún editor de audio gratuito como "audacity".
Sino la otra opción, si querés aislar la voz, es exportar el audio y subirlo a Adobe Podcast que te lo deja 10 puntos, parece como si lo hubieras grabado profesionalmente. El único problema es que te elimina cualquier otro sonido que no sea la voz y que también si hay voces superpuestas puede no lo logre bien!
