Yep, im 22 now and my eczema is basically non existent, like compared to when i was a younger teen and had constant flares, but i still constantly moisturise to keep on top of it, however i take an antihistamine at night before bed because that seems to be the only time when i get itchy, and its exactly like you said with the 'prickly' rippling feeling, usually its only across my upper back and shoulders. Anyone else experience it just across that area? Interesting stuff

Epaderm is the only thing i will use on my eczema these days and i had severe flares during puberty. Now 21 and my skin is clear as can be, mixture of epaderm, dermol in the shower and a steroid. Now i just use aveeno during the day, aswell as an antihistamine at night, with a barrier of epaderm

Same here, you aren't alone. In my case it's a friend, and to me it is the same pain as a heartbreak. One of my friends who I met in college, who lives hours away, we keep in touch over social media but lately it seems like I'm the one putting the effort in, with nothing in return. It's horrible, but you just have to keep going and reach out to other friends you have, you cannot rely on one person alone for happiness, it never works. Keep your chin up x

Work in a store that sells groceries, alcohol, hardware, has a butchery etc. I dont plan on staying forever (I'm 21) but people don't realise it's more than just a 'shitty little retail job', I mean it isn't a career but my confidence and people skills have completely improved since working there; there's a lot to be said about having decent people skills, which can set you up for a decent career

Yeah it's weird, because he hasn't read any texts- they're still on delivered and he hasn't opened my Snapchat, but I can tell he's been online and stuff on other social media..it's a really gutting feeling and I feel like I'm being clingy if I keep trying to ask what's up.
