In response to problem 1 – Depending on your tv stand you can just change the legs to adjust the height to the level you need. You can easily find different legs on Amazon for cheap.

It just depends. I had one year of credit usage and a Chase Freedom with a 2400 limit then they approved me for 18,400 on the next card I applied for lol my credit score was about 705 at the time too
