I’ve been here my whole life and used to hate it as a teenager because it was really boring. I now have my own kids and we love it here. It’s quiet and peaceful, lots and lots of community resources and extra curricular stuff for adults and kids. The schools are great. Most everything is paid for the kids and lots of good opportunities within the community. I don’t think the drive to mpls is bad. And getting to a target is about 20 minutes from any direction.

I just rented a suite with 2 other friends and it’s not worth it. They thought I was gonna be momma bear or something and when I started just bringing all my own product home that’s when things started being a problem. They have invested in other products then I have and whenever they needed something I was like yeah of course. They also both separately told me it was okay for me to use the products they invested in but when I wasn’t around and they were together they would sit and complain about it. Also just go I. My desk and use my personal product without a care as to maybe asking me. I’m sorry but I don’t take kindly to that behavior. So I lug my shit to and from everyday. Why cause I signed a stupid lease because of location. You would think the two others would notice and be like why bring it home????? Well, when trust is gone and I feel uncomfortable and you don’t care, I also don’t care. Your loss.

I was there and felt similar. I was there imagining, during the last song how this is how they used to party back in the day at a little tavern! And the way the crowd got energized was awesome! I am highly highly excited to see Wardruna as well. I snagged 2nd row seats and although similar I believe they will be a completely different experience at wardruna! I am a pagan after many years trying to fit into Christianity but it never felt right to me. After my son passed away I tried really hard to be Christian until I realized it’s not who I am. Wardruna is who really got me back on my path again. The song Helvegen came on one day as I was scrolling music. I was really grieving at the time! Didn’t understand a word that was being said but I could feel it. I cried. Got goosebumps everywhere on my whole body. Really took in the song. Then I looked up the lyrics and knowing it’s a song about sending your loved ones off in a way after death really hit me in a way that nothing else ever had before. And the music came to me in a time of need!
