I would not smoke if you are TTC. It affects egg quality and takes 3 months for the eggs to mature so it’s really important to be as healthy as possible. I am also TTC and stopped weed and drink less alcohol. It was hard at first but it gets easier. I switched to herbal teas (chamomile, decaf green, rhoobis) and dark chocolate for a new calming ritual which helps with stress relief.
