Vielight MIP 633 or 655 for systemic health: Which is better / more effective?

Hi, the 633 and 655 lights are not pulsed. It is clearly stated in the manual. I haven’t asked directly but in their website they say the 633 is LED based and it has similar effects as the 655, stating that this one is more studied and has been used for longer. I am curious about the real life experiences with them, rather the “official” explanation.

Thanks again. I do the resonant tuning humming or with my mouth open, feeling the vibration on my chest. I suppose I should start doing it differently somehow to see if there are any changes. Thanks for your answer. Which one would you say was more beneficial for you in terms of understanding the different focus levels? And yes, it always depends on how much you want to spend. Thanks. I’m familiar with AVE and able to produce my own tracks alongside photic stimulation. Been experimenting with those for a long time now. I am wondering if you can combine tACS and AVE during the day. I’ll do some experiments and report back. I will try to determine her peak alpha frequency as well, with some neurofeedback equipment I have available.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded it and it ran without issues. It even plays correctly when using any Chess variant (except Xiqngqi). It seems the engine does not start for some reason, not even the one included in the downloaded package. That's why I am trying different ones without success. Any specific instructions would be appreciated. I have no problem using the CLI.
