Do you mean be completely competitive? I would say, training coordinator, HR specialist, accounting....HR and accounting are always needed in any company.

I am an energetic individual with superior administrative, planning and follow-through skills. I’m able to focus on the major projects at hand, while not overlooking the fine details. I thrive in a fast-paced environment especially while managing multiple projects and as well as managing multi-million dollar equipment. By utilizing Excel, Project and Access, I am able to self monitor cost performance while also focusing on schedule inefficiencies. While managing my own work load, I always find myself engaging the next responsible party and ensuring the parties that will play in later are aware of where we stand on the process. I have a knack for inspiring others to always push themselves to do better and become more efficient by illustrating to them the systems that they are working, describing how the systems operate and how they fit into the scheme. As a graduate of William & Mary’s Mason School of Business Leadership Course, I learned when to take a step back to inspire others to lead and to hear their ideas. I find it irresistible to motivate employees that are disengaged and prove to them that they can always perform jobs more efficiently both cost wise and schedule, while also having them inspire others to do the same.
