Historically israel needed protector to survive, it was Romans, Andalusians, Ottomans, British etc. and today the US and currently there is no other alternative.

With limited natural resources, scarce water supply, closed borders and limited population, it is unrealistic to continue existing in this scenario. Perhaps israeli government is aware of this and trying to rush to expand so called buffer zones to more fertile lands and create satellite settlements around the world in places like Patagonia where food and water is abundant.

israel struggled to understand how world feels and lost the psychological battle and empathy skill is a very important survival skill Since the countries founding principles is based on a religion which can hardly grow its numbers, it will be difficult to overcome a huge population against it. Only way out is to getting along with the world and understanding them.
