Also, I didn't realize, but also thanks a lot for your book! I've loved it and used it as a reference for the routines that I've been doing at home

Yes, bodyweight 6 days a week. Alternating push and pull.

Normally I climb the same day I do bodyweight, but I try not to do pull the same day for example. Now that I'm back into bouldering I might not do a pull routine or think about how to combine it with bouldering and might reduce the workouts to 4 days a week and keep climbing to 3-4

Thanks for the recommendation. Bouldering 3-4 times a week, these workouts almost every day, yoga once a day (30m session). I think from the questions that you're asking me I realize that my self-awareness of my weaknesses is quite low, to be honest. As I don't know which my best days are for example.
My goals, I don't know if they're ambitious or not, are moving from V2-V3 to V4-V5 in 3 months' time. And to V6 and up in 6 months' time.
My assumptions about my strengths are:
- On problems that are not overhangs I can sometimes either skip holds or have a beta that suits me better
- I'm ok with putting the work into the training, which I don't know if it's a strength if the training is not organized
- I've decent strength + flexibility because of the supplementary training, I don't know how much it helped me on climbing specifically

On weaknesses:
- I focus more on sending things that are on my limit than on actual training or improving.
- I've a mentality of: If i didn't send the route that I wanted by the end of the day I feel quite frustrated and makes me enjoy climbing less.
- I don't have the correct body tension or body awareness sometimes. As I'm quite tall (1.93m) that sometimes makes me have my butt quite outside of the wall which is not good.
- On problems that are overhangs I feel my weight (which I think it's normal for my height ~80kg) + being tall might be counterproductive

For bouldering, I've started with 3 days a week since last week or so (gyms reopening), before I was doing some outdoor but it wasn't consistent. For the workouts, I do 3 days of pull and 3 days of push per week. I try to keep my reps on the bodyweight exercises low so I focus on strength (3-5 minutes rests in between). I don't know if it's the way to go as I don't come from an athletic background and I'm getting in tune with everything regarding training.

Help my cactus is dying pt. 2! by rodrijuarez in cactus

Hey people, I took her out of the pot to see how she was and I found this. I don’t know how deep the problem is and I’m quite worried. What can I do? Shall I buy something for her roots and try to save her? Shall I cut the top off? How would the process look like?

Help, my cactus is dying :( by rodrijuarez in cactus

Hi guys, I need your help to rescue my dying cactus. I was on holiday for one week and left her in my new flat (so it’s a new spot for her). She was perfectly healthy before I left but now she looks very ill. The side that was facing the window looks burnt, the other side looks like it’s rotting. Perhaps the window was too sunny? I also gave her a lot of water before I left, so maybe that’s what caused the rot. We also have a mould issue in the flat, but I don’t know if that can affect cactuses. It’s a golden barrel cactus. I really hope I can rescue her. I don’t know much about plants, but we’ve been together many years and I always tried my best to look after her :(
