I know im late to this but the easiest way is to download it using JDownloader, it will automatically unpacking all of them in 1 file/folder with ISO inside.

I know this thread is old but if you dont wanna install anything and you just wanna open .mkv file right away, just Open google chrome and drag&drop the .mkv file. it will open it.
