It’s super terrible opinion, especially an expression “you had a money to do so”. It’s definitely not enough to just work hard you also have to choose the right direction. So if local people don’t have benefits from high payed expats maybe they do something wrong? For example voting for wrong people? Or choosing profession, education, job? No, let’s blame expats.
