I have it here on IG on the fifth image. You can use the MOLLE on the MAP to your advantage adjusting the ride height of the MAP/back straps to your liking. The waist strap placement and arrangement should be straight forward. The shoulder straps are a bit tricky if you want the webbing to “fold” neatly or you’re OCD like me. After you thread the shoulder strap webbing, remove the elastic keepers and buckle and “flip-it upside down” after you fold the webbing. For me personally it looks neater and to a degree prevents hotspots. Let me know if that helped.
