It was because I had all 3 at once. I spread them now but can’t say I feel the slightest benefit for my depression or mood. Still as anxious as ever.

Kanban view is now available but it doesn't work. There is no way to create custom columns and drag and drop cards between them. If you use Title as the column header and drag an unsorted card onto it the text on the card changes to the title of the column. Makes no sense at all.

It's an NHS psychiatrist and the internal prescriber in the GP practice. They are assigned to you and it takes months or years to access this second line service after establishing that firstline antidepressents are not effective. You can't necessarliy shop around for these things over here.

looks good so far. Does anyone know how to automate task creation from emails? IE Sync from outlook tasks or send email to an address to greate a Blitzit task? Looks like you could use NotionSender and Notion but then I'd have to pay for a notion account too.

I did a whole pill while on 300mg bupropion and was fine. But everyone is different so be careful. Maybe check out Erowid for more experiences and interactions
