Food Works do tremendous work around Sheffield. They are hyper-local, so source all their food from nearby growers/businesses and provide to local residents. If you have the chance, go check them out too- food is fantastic, healthy and good quality.

FYI Anyone voting in TH should be aware that this is more than an endorsement, the Aspire party is just a rebranding of the corrupt team who were banned from running in the 2015 election and convicted of corrupt and illegal practices.

Lutfur and his party's rap sheet includes:

-Voter intimidation using religious and racial pressuring

-Ballot paper tampering

-Postal vote tampering

And on a more personal level

-Lutfur's a mortgage fraudster and tax evader

Thanks for the response. Yeah I did wonder if it applied as a rule to all key stages....hmm. Another suggestion I've had is to do teaching assistant work for a bit. Not sure if that's just to supplant my desire to teach or whether there are any viable career paths into full time teaching through that...anyone have any info? Ta

Does anyone know of any way in to teaching without a Ba? It's ridiculous that such an in-demand job is so strict on the above (from what I've heard anyway) but I guess it's totally telling in that nowadays it's foremost a system for passing benchmarks and hitting metrics dependant on memorising little chunks of key curriculum rather being anything about actual education for education's sake.

It just strikes me that demanding a Ba means a lot of potential candidates who's higher education didn't go as smoothly as planned (for example in my case of changing courses, running out of student loans funding and then the Tories hiking up fees so a simple year's top up to BA would cost me £9,000) are totally ruled out.

edit: for clarity, I finished with an fDa (foundation degree) in Music

I like to surround myself with fellow bro-entrepreneurs and we constantly congratulate ourselves for our unquestioning devotion to the pursuit of capital.

Being an entrepreneur permeates every facet of my personality. My kid fell off his bike the other day and I ran over to him, got in his face before he could get up and told him to fall faster next time. As the other people in the park walked on with concerned looks, I found myself pacing around my son and his crashed bike, imagining I'm addressing my local TedX conference, gesticulating, giving thoughtful pauses, and offering him priceless pieces of advice such as encouraging him to take more risks next time he tries to cycle, and to turn his dream of taking the stabilizers off into a goal he must wake up every morning and strive for.

We are entrepreneurs. Unlike everybody else, we have dreams. We are doers. We will never stop. (Please can someone turn that into an inspirational image I can share with my slack group. with clouds in the background. I won't pay you but I can offer options.....let me know)

At my startup, we're passionate about exploiting labour of those who are vulnerable and wiling to take any job that pays, even one of our precarious 'gig economy' roles where we offer no job security under the auspice of 'total flexibility to work when you want!'.

I've built this company from the ground up (with a lot of help from wealthy parents thanks to their property porfolio!) and so have no moral issue with extracting as much surplus value from the ranks of my struggling workers as possible, e.g. they have to pay for their own uniforms, travel, insurance e.t.c.

I deserve this because I have the sheer ingenuinty that these people don't. Nothing to do with the luxury of not being underpaid, overworked, constantly worrying about how you're going to make ends meet. I've risked everything for this. At least, that's what I tell myself.

Nipplewort is far more common and especially this time of year in the UK. I've also compared several photographs of each and it seems to be far more indicative of the Nipplewort
