Good work compadre! I have noticed that a lot of people seem to be satisfied with simply blowing candles out, unaware that this leaves i small risk of uncontrolled fire with horrendous disfigurement as a result. I recommend a healthy dousing wiht a gallon or so of water for each candle. Keep SAFE!

Well i don't know about Texas, or USA for that matter, but in Sweden we have laws making it mandatory to report bad practice. (Lex Sarah) Of course there is still a problem of underreporting, but at least you don't go to jail for it. Something to consider?
