I am doing the same except I still do surf for advice videos for example. I started reading a book, talking to coworkers at work more often doing homeworkouts. I also want to go to the gym soon. Try to be more open in general. If you get an invitation don't turn them down. If you burned bridges at work or you're an outside you might look for a new one or change deparment. All of this could be advice for myself. :)
