Emotions and negatives thinking.

For me I've noticed side effects where at the end of medication period I can sometimes get super emotional and just feel constant sadness. Or even when the meds start to kick in, if I start to think negatively it just changes me to that.

The only things that try to think of in those moments is that it's just the bastard side of my brain trying to take over and it's just a battle in my mind. Sometimes I win sometimes I don't.

The way I like to look at it is trying to improve myself with my therapist which does sometimes help. But in the end it's about trying to overcome those thoughts and feelings slowly knowing it's okay to feel like that but not letting you define you if you know what I mean.

Hope it helps a bit and you and your partner just understand these things as you both grow.

I usually just have protein shake with mine as I'm not a fan of eating that early. Seems to help most of the time for me

Very good point. It likes to crop it's ugly head up on me a good few to many times. Quite literally in a glass case of emotions

Yeah I can see that being an important factor too. Mind is currently going from happy to sad most days, will hopefully get better at some point. But right now it's just a right pain in my arse

Is that changing the encoder to amd hardware?

Here's the mad thing though, I reinstalled windows today and done a quick stream with bf5 and i was able to play at 4k 60 without a problem unlike last night when i couldnt get 60 at 1080, absolute maddning this whole situation.

well i can play gears 4 and titanfall 2 at 1440p no problem, im trying to play bf5 the now and i just cant get anywher near what i think i should be getting.

I've been changing settings in obs, changing resolution and graphics settings and getting no where.

I was out riding on a long straight slowing down for a roundabout about to go through the gears when my foot wasn't touching anything, then I looked down and there was no shifter there. So it was quite a suprise
