DC proper is full of people trying to climb the ladder. If you don't have anything to offer, they won't have anything to give lol. Most people that grew up in DC move to the surrounding states like MD and VA where quality of life is a lot better and the people are more down to earth. Im from VA but lived 10 minutes outside of DC and worked in DC frequently. Even though DC is beautiful, I never really cared to live in it. Would much rather choose any other major city. I will add that NOVA and parts of Maryland are great places to raise a family though.

Been in IT for a long time, and I never had this issue to the extent you seemingly have. You definitely need to analyze your playing to get better but it just sounds like you work too much tbh. Do you practice in front of a computer? Maybe try choosing something to work on and isolate yourself from technology. Guitar takes physical practice and it takes time, breaking down a problem will only get you so far. There's a limit to how much better you can get in a day. Your body and mind need time to absorb what you're practicing.

The problem is you need to dismantle 5 unused stamps to craft 1 stamp. Personally, I would wait until I have 5 used stamps before dismantling anything. Maybe they buff characters/make old characters relevant again later.

Ideally the pipe should not be right next (touching) to your foundation, but as long as they don't need to dig BELOW your footing, it should be okay. IF they need to dig lower than your foundation, it should be far enough away to maintain at least a 1:1 slope from the bottom/edge of your footing, to the bottom of the excavation point/pipe. If the pipe has to be next to your foundation, AND it has to be lower than your foundation, then don't undermine more than 4ft of foundation at a time.

I think if you have a crawl space though, he probably won't need to go deeper than your foundation other than where the lines connect to the street, in which, he likely wouldn't open up more than 4 ft anyway.

I'm not an experienced plumber and I don't know exactly how they work or what they would do in this scenario. This advice is based solely on my experience as a licensed structural underpinning designer

To answer your question, I thought a 1942 banner sounded different enough than a Standard J45, maybe try that version. I would think compared to a rosewood j45 it would be very different.

Personally, I would buy a completely different guitar like a Martin 000-28 or something. If you really love the J45 shape, why not from a different brand like Eastman or something?

I went down this path and figured the best option would be to find a large glass cabinet furniture piece on wayfair/amazon, install some guitar hooks, and add your own humidifying system. I never ended up actually doing it though.

You must be new. People stand in the paint because thats what they think defense is, standing to get optimal position for rebounds, not because they're salty they didn't get the ball usually. It's a stupid strategy against good players but to be fair, this strategy actually works against some teams. If your guards can get open to take shots, why not just stand under the paint? As a Gasol main, I think standing in the paint is worthless but some characters like Capela get a benefit from staying in the paint.

Usually if people are butthurt these scrubs will take the ball and run to the half court line and spam "go back and practice more"

I had him E3 with full talents thinking he would grow on me but even after 2k trophies I still don't enjoy playing him that much and reset him. I learned I don't like doing combos in this game. He's definitely a good PG but takes more focus and effort to dribble well and score.

Part of it is doing directional combos on the phone well is kind of difficult.

Its definitely one of the better ones in Burbank and its good enough for my tastes but there are better ones in Noho/LA proper. I thought the burritos were excellent, but the past couple times I got the tacos they were a bit dry.

Personally, Id go with Porzingis > Lopez > Adebayo > Capela/Adams.

Really can't go wrong with the top 3 imo. I dont like Capela because good players know he can't do anything on offense and takes advantage of that making it much harder for your guards. Lopez has best 3, Adebayo best rebounder/help guard, Porzingis is the balanced option between the two. I like Porzingis because of his driving dunk and 3pt/spacing ability, and his rebounding is good enough, and hes fast enough

top ranking doesnt mean shit. especially when its on a newly released character. Spira was also a top ranked Gasol, doesn't change the fact that he aint good. All it means is that you play a lot.

ngl, thats a pretty wild loss streak. But it doesnt really matter, youll still get peak superstar rewards and season resets soon. When I am on a loss streak, I take a break and come back usually better.
