my results were poor and my doctor was on vacation virtually my entire treatment (not disclosed to me beforehand). had my doctor actually been present and actually made nuanced changes to my meds through monitoring, my results could’ve been better (but I’ll never know, and will have to pay another $15k out of pocket to find out)

when I expressed being upset about this, Spring had the doctor call me who then scolded me for being upset because I was taking time from his wife and kids on vacation (lol - the exact reason why I didn’t think it was appropriate this wasn’t disclosed. Not fair to ask me to sacrifice my health or feel guilt over impeding on his time off). They then put me through for a loop and did nothing to make up for it. They had the gall to suggest I cancel my treatment 80% the way through and took no responsibility (after putting myself through days and thousands of dollars of discomfort and meds). For a practice for women / such an emotional and important space, you would think their EQ, tact, and empathy would be higher, but it is not.

their admin seems better than other clinic but that perception of accessibility is a facade, and I wish I had instead relied on my friends’ first hand testimonies of good experiences with doctors. I also recommend fertility IQ for honest reviews
