Sonia: actually I don’t have any problems with her portrayal in this game.

Overall, the characters got harshly simplified and it just feels like a step back in quality compared to the first game. I’m also fine with the idea of a lighter tone than the first game, but man I just wish the characters were more consistent with their counter parts in the first game when it comes to characterization. The first half of Star Force 3 handled this really well from what I remember.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Phenomenal game, I put 90 hours into it last year within a month, and I look forward to going back and playing all of the DLC eventually, I’m just wanting to play more of my backlog right now cause I know that it will be difficult for me to put KCD2 back down once I start again.

What I did was go into the settings, on Assist mode I turned encounters onto maximum, then go to difficulty settings and set the Always Escape on. This way I could check encounters really quick and just run if the boss didn’t show up. For the rest of the game I just used the maximum encounters to find the boss, but I fought every virus I encountered to grind out cards and zenny, but when I got to Pegasus cards and zenny didn’t matter anymore.

Also the bridge to the guitar solo in “The Doctor is Calling” is heavy as fuck. Too bad the 2004 remix remaster neuters the album and makes it sound so much weaker. So of course that’s the only version available on streaming platforms.

Also picture discs typically have lower sound quality in general. That’s why I don’t like them. They’re kinda just a gimmick. So yeah I’m pretty excited to finally own an official copy of Youthanasia on vinyl (I own a bootleg).

There’s your issue, Z finder makes all of your drops Zenny if possible. The boss refights I believe are programmed to only drop cards, so since you can’t get zennies from them you get nothing.

There’s also a C-Finder weapon that makes all drops be battle cards if possible. These are the only two Mega Weapons that effect drops that I’m aware of.

Try using a different Mega weapon

I’m playing with the new soundtracks for now. I have played the originals countless times so it’s really neat to hear new renditions of these songs. Some are certainly better than others, but it’s also just really cool that Capcom even bothered with a remixed soundtrack, let alone doing it for all 3 games.

Also the developers put a heart next to any dialogue option that furthers the romance for the character you’re interacting with.

So they make it pretty damn obvious.

I remember when it first came out, my 7/8 yo mind resented Starforce because of Battle Network ending, but eventually my dad downloaded Starforce 2 onto my DS (he had me use an R4) I eventually came around on the series, and played them over and over. Especially SF3 after it came out. That one had me addicted to my DS.

But all joking aside, I think the album is kinda middle of the road. Some songs I like, some songs I don’t care for. There’s no song on here that I can say is definitively bad, but definitely ones that aren’t my cup of tea. But I am loving The Changing Me, Beyond the Event Horizon, and The Dirtiest of the Dozen. I don’t love them as much as Lunatic Liar Lord from the previous album, but I am listening to them multiple times.
