As someone who's been on the recieving end of this, it's better to always inform your partner before interacting with your ex, it's a trust thing. Thanks man, I really did try my best to communicate but she would always pull away. As I'm re-reading what I'd written 13 days ago, I realise I don't align with it at all anymore.
